Return and exchange policy 

We want you to be happy with your purchase at Donnashop. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. The product must be unused and in original condition (unworn and undamaged). For hygienic reasons, cosmetic products can not be returned if the packaging has been opened.


Please read the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:

Returns

- You have 14 days from the date you received your item(s) to return your item(s).

- The product must be unused and in original condition (unworn and undamaged).

- To initiate a return, please fill out the return form here to register your return.

- Print the return label at home or at a drop-off location. Drop off the package at your nearest PostNord collection point.

- Return Fee: A return fee of 79 NOK will be deducted from your refund amount when using the return label.

- Please note, it may take up to 2 weeks from the time you send the return for it to be processed.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item(s) for another product, follow these steps:

- Purchase a new item on Donnashop.no.

- Fill out the return form here to register the return. 

- Print out the return label at home or at a drop-off location. Drop off the package at your nearest PostNord collection point.

Exchange Shipping Fee: The return label is free for exchanges, but you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the new order.


 Return or Exchange an Item:

Fill out the return form here to register your return or exchange. Follow the instructions all the way until you reach a confirmation page from PostNord.

Create and print the return label (you can print it at home or at a drop-off location).

Drop off the package at your nearest PostNord collection point.


Warranty and defective products

At Donnashop we take pride in offering high-quality products. However, if you receive a defective item or if there is an issue with the product we will assist you in resolving the matter.

How to Handle Defective Products:

If you receive a faulty or defective item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at silje@donnaioanna.com as soon as possible.

Provide Information: Include the following details in your email:

- Order number

- Product name, color and size

- Date of purchase

- A clear picture of the defect or issue with the product.

Once we receive your email with the necessary information and photo, we will assess the situation and provide you with further instructions.
