What does pre-order mean?
Pre-order means that you are reserving and paying for an item before it is available in stock. When you pre-order, your item will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives at our warehouse in Skien, Norway. Estimated delivery time for pre-orders are provided on each product page.
Note: If you purchase a pre-order item together with in-stock products, the in-stock products will be shipped to you immediately, while the pre-order item will be shipped separately once available — at no extra shipping cost to you.
Shipping and delivery time
All of our dresses and accessories are shipped with PostNord from our warehouse operated by Colliflow in Skien, Norway. Estimated delivery time is 1 - 5 business days depending on where you live.
Return policy
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. The item must be unused and in original condition. For hygienic reasons, cosmetic products cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened
- Exchanges: To exchange, place a new order on our website and fill out the return form here. Print the return label at home or at a drop-off point. The return label is free for exchanges, but shipping costs for the new order are at your expense.
- Returns: Fill out the return form here. Print the return label and drop off your package. Return shipping costs 79 NOK, which will be deducted from your refund. It may take up to 2 weeks for us to process the return after it is received.
